Program Manager I

See Below Responsibilities Program Manager I Northville Position Summary: The Program Manager will be responsible for managing customer and other projects and support Key Account Manager in sales activities fulfill the requirements of internal and external customers across the North American region (RN). Role Expectations: Plan and manage programs according to ZF Project Management Guideline and ZF Group Directives. Lead and manage the program teams proactively to ensure given program goals are met (cost, functionality, quality, timing). Interface with required functional disciplines and departments for program support. Evaluate all financial, engineering and timing aspects of customer requests for quotes and provide information required for quotes to Key Account Manager. Monitor program expenditures relative to program budget and propose counter measures in case of overruns. Monitor adherence of given manufacturing cost targets and initiate countermeasures if necessary. Make necessary preparations for program and milestone reviews. Provide Key Account Manager with program status updates on a regular basis. Coordinate prototype builds for assigned programs. Arrange and attend program related customer visits in coordination with the supervisor Give program related presentations to the customer in coordination with the supervisor Travel to other customers or suppliers sites if required. Operate customer online systems to ensure retrieval and upload of required information. Ensure departmental compliance with all TS16949 and ISO-14001 requirements, ZF corporate policies, and divisional directives. Participate in continuous improvement programs and provide support to team efforts Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, formal training, reviewing professional publications, establishing and expanding professional networks, and participating in professional societies Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales or related field 4-6+ years of experience within a product development environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Proven organizational and project management abilities Strong problem solving and analytical skills Ability to influence and engage at multiple levels within internal and external organizations Good verbal and written communication skills English language competency Ability/willingness to travel both domestically and internationally (up to 25%) Preferred Skills and Experience: 2+ years of experience with project supervision n in one or more of the following areas: program management, product engineering, resident engineering, design engineering, and/or customer quality engineering Experience in Automotive industry Spanish and/or German Language Skills req2227

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
