Dental office experience is required.
Computer literacy, Experience with Dentrix software, and Computer knowledge (MS, Excel) with fast Typing skills are a must.
Understand and be proficient in dental terminology, Dental insurance, obtaining insurance information, billing and posting, collections, making appointments, and dealing with cancelations.
Must have excellent communication skills, and customer service skills.
