, bend and kneel Must be available to commute to service areas including South Lyon, Brighton, Howell, Highland, Commerce, Wixom, Milford, Pinckney, Novi, Northville, Plymouth Responsibilities Clean clients' homes according to Maid in Michigan standards - you will follow our Speed Cleaning technique which you will learn during your training period.
Communicate with Clients and others in a professional manner - Make them feel like you genuinely care about their home.
Manage your cleaning scheduling - you are responsible for driving to and from clients' homes and arriving on time to each appointment.
(Maid in Michigan does offer mileage reimbursement as part of our compensation package) Maintaining cleaning equipment - Maid in Michigan provides a cleaning kit with all necessary supplies.
It is your responsibility to maintain the quality of the equipment and ensure you are fully stocked before arriving to an appointment.
Quality work - Cleaning technicians are responsible for the quality of work inside the homes and should be following Maid in Michigan's cleaning checklist ensure nothing is left out.
