The Scheduling/Staffing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining appropriate staffing levels in the care department.
This position will also be required to assist with payroll and recruitment.
Job Duties:
Complete the schedule with the allocated amount of advance notice.
Monitor daily staffing levels and communicate any areas of concern.
Ensure that the staffing sheets are completed and maintained per the facility documentation retention policy.
Recruiting and onboard care team members.
Monitor employee attendance and prepare reports.
Serve as back up for human resource functions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of High School Diploma, Associate degree or some business courses preferred Prior caregiving experience (preferred) Ability to maintain confidential information Good communication skills OnShift Scheduling Experience (preferred) Job Type:
