We are looking to expand our team with an Administrative Assistant.
This role will be assisting our in-house team implementing marketing & branding strategies.
Our ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, independent thinker, who is a team player.
Our assistant should be a self-starter, and stellar communicator (virtual & in-person), who has experience in the following:
Skill set required:
Database managementOnline design and ordering (fliers/business cards)Routing design proofs for approvals/changesReviews/reputation management supportCoordinating/scheduling meetingsCompiling reportsMaintain roster of communities & contactsExperience interfacing with vendors & partnersOrganize and maintain inventory of marketing supplies Email marketingSocial media support

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
