Highland Lakes Condominium Association, a 691-unit development in Northville Township, is currently seeking a qualified Grounds Crew worker to complete our maintenance staff of 10.
Duties include, but are not limited to, spring and fall clean up, snow removal, landscaping, tree pruning, lawn repair work, shrub trimming and other duties as requested by the Maintenance Supervisor.
This is a full-time position with benefits including medical, dental, 401K and paid vacation & personal time.
Qualified candidates will join a well-established, long term team at a great place to work.
Previous grounds experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate in operating equipment, RTV's, etc.
The successful candidate must have a valid driver's license and transportation and be available for the standard schedule.
