You will work closely with the attorney to communicate with clients, the court and opposing counsel; to draft legal documents; to prepare correspondence; to maintain the calendar, scheduling and the client file; to file with the court; to assist in discovery; and to help prepare cases for hearings and/or trials.
Legal experience or education is required for this position.
This individual must be highly organized, have excellent writing and speaking skills and be able to maintain their composure in a fast based and busy environment.
This is an excellent position for a recent graduate from paralegal school or someone with some legal experience that wants to grow their skills and find a long term employer.
We have an incredible team of individuals and are looking for someone to add to our already dynamic team.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
