Responsibilities:
- Assist with the maintenance and care of the ranch, including the greenhouse and garden areas - Operate and maintain various types of heavy equipment, such as tractors and mowers - Perform general ranch duties, such as feeding and watering animals - Assist with the planting, growing, and harvesting of crops - Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks as needed - Perform basic math calculations for measurements and inventory purposes Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks - Knowledge of basic mechanical principles and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues - Experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required - Familiarity with greenhouse operations and gardening techniques is a plus - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Ability to work independently or as part of a team Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
